Unlike alot of other contractors we manage our own projects in house, we do not hire other project managers for our jobs. You can be assured that the person you dealt with at the begining of your project will be there throughout. We also offer experience in full on-site construction management and land development; effective scheduling, monitoring and inspection services.

We are well adapted to work effectively with architects, engineers, developers, inspectors, city officials, decorators, real estate agents and home buyers. Familiar with recent state and local building codes and with OSHA safety guidelines.

My name is Jose Blanco and I am the President of Marlin Construction, Inc.. I am a graduate of Florida International University and hold and maintain my proper state license as a Certified Building Contractor.

We are an established construction firm in the South Florida market with over twenty six years experience in residential and light commercial construction. In fact the vast majority of our work has been in the residential market. We are very familiar with various building departments in South Florida, particularly the areas of Coral Gables, Pinecrest and Miami.
